With over 15 years of experience in human resources leadership and recruitment, I am passionate about creating positive, inclusive, and engaging workplaces for talented teams in the tech industry. As the Global Head of People Experience & Operations at Clockwork Labs, I lead the people strategy and operations for a fully remote team working around the world on the much anticipated Bitcraft Online MMORPG as well as Clockwork’s newly launched SpacetimeDB. In my current role, I leverage my skills in HR, recruiting, performance management, diversity, inclusion, and belonging, and change management experience to support the growth and development of our team. I also partner with the leadership and the project teams to ensure that we attract, retain, and empower the best talent for our ambitious and innovative products.
