Mikey recently started as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Strategic Sourcer at Boston Children’s Hospital in January, where he'll focus on recruitment marketing and sourcing. This year marks Mikey's 12th year in Talent Acquisition. He has worked across various backgrounds, including RPO, corporate, and agency roles, and has hired for industries such as banking, agricultural equipment manufacturing, veterinary healthcare, dairy manufacturing, tech, pharma/biotech manufacturing, recruitment services, and most recently, hospital and healthcare. Mikey has experience with organizations ranging from startups to billion-dollar Fortune 500 companies. An experienced speaker, Mikey has presented at major events like Sourcing Summit, SourceCon, HRTX, Global TA Day, and TA Week. He is a Dueling Sourcer, an ERE panelist, a podcast guest, and a regular blogger for publications like ERE. Originally from New Hampshire, Mikey now lives in Massachusetts, though he has also lived in Italy and Colorado.
