We use practices from agile, self-management, diversity and inclusion, and other fields to help teams learn how to adapt and do great work together.

I am an org designer and facilitator who brings a passion for community and collaboration to my work in organizational transformation. I believe that joy, justice, and community are all at the heart of meaningful progress. At August Public Inc, I support organizations through finding the motivation, shared understanding, and strategies for effective and lasting change. Our specialty at August is translating big concepts into actionable practices. Prior to joining August, I founded and managed a community-focused coworking space in Chicago called Second Shift, facilitated socially-conscious growth as an independent DEI/anti-racism consultant, taught communication and entrepreneurship courses as an adjunct instructor at DePaul University, and created games for team building experiences. I have a podcast called “Movies for Humans”, and am always down to play your favorite board game. I hold a Masters Degree in Organizational and Multicultural Communication from DePaul University.
