My career began at Pitney Bowes, where I honed foundational skills in B2B SaaS and hardware sales. Transitioning to media sales at Yahoo, I gained critical insights that shaped my expertise in AdTech. Driven by a desire for direct impact, I moved into startups, leveraging structured sales methodologies from established companies to drive significant revenue growth in volatile early-stage environments. A pivotal chapter in my career was my eight years at Unified, where I progressed from an individual contributor to SVP of Revenue. I led enterprise, media, and inside sales, strategic partnerships, and customer success—driving market expansion, new product development, and sustainable growth. As a senior executive, I maintained productivity and morale, steering the company through layoffs, COVID, and its eventual acquisition by iHeartMedia. Following Unified's acquisition, I embraced a new challenge in Web3 at Celsius Network, a rapidly scaling $8 billion company. This transition marked a shift from resource-constrained startups to a well-funded, high-growth environment. At Celsius, I established foundational processes for the partnership team, enabling sustainable scaling and enhancing operational efficiency. My efforts contributed to growing partnership AUM from $1 billion to $3 billion, demonstrating my ability to lead growth in complex environments. With extensive experience in early-stage startups and later-stage organizations, I recognized the need for seasoned revenue and operational leadership at each growth stage. This insight led me to co-found Metamorphosis Digital, where I currently provide sales and GTM-focused leadership for early-stage emerging tech companies, building and implementing operational efficiencies to enable scalable revenue growth.
