My portfolio spans startups to Fortune 500, across CPG, luxury, fashion, financial services, travel, beverages, consumer electronics, retail, QSR restaurants, and other B2C and B2B, with deep international experience.
My passion lies in building high performing teams that find themselves motivated, energized and more creative - the kind that moves mountains while having fun. I focus on leveraging cultural moments and consumer insights gleaned from data to elevate brand affinity and engagement. I’m proficient in brand strategy and storytelling, award-winning creative content, product commercialization and go-to-market plans, omnichannel advertising campaigns, and strategic brand partnerships. Making effective work that creates memorable new brands, launches successful new products, and repositions brands that have lost relevance.
Keeping at the edge of innovation, I'm also enthusiastic about exploring generative AI in creative advertising and marketing, actively advocating for its use to boost marketing effectiveness.
Some career highlights:
• Developed award-winning creative for brands such as McDonald’s, CMAB, and Potbelly Sandwich Works, in addition to winning the Leo Intel Award at Leo Burnett (the agency’s top accolade for strategic excellence).
• As Director of International Marketing for Subway, turned around negative sales and share trends in multiple countries by repositioning the brand, hiring the right agencies, and implementing an award-winning campaign and media strategy.
• Directed the global launch of Mondelēz International's belVita Breakfast Biscuits while at Crispin Porter + Bogusky (CP+B), successfully boosting Mondelēz's market presence in the breakfast category.
• Grew Leo Burnett’s global relationship and revenue with McDonald’s to cover 72% of restaurants, securing account wins in 4 new countries, re-launching Ronald McDonald, and leading the agency to win the 2012 Effie Award for "world's top brand for marketing effectiveness."
• Drove 150% growth in organic revenue for Anheuser-Busch brands at HAVAS while repositioning the Michelob brand, growing volume by +18.2% and winning the Michelob Ultra account without a review based on great work and relationships.
• Led the award-winning "Happy Cows" ad campaign for CMAB while at Deutsch and expanded the account from regional to national while developing one of the “19 Best Super Bowl Commercials of All Time”.
