I am an attorney with over 10+ years of experience advising investment managers and institutional investors in private equity, venture capital and other alternative investments. I have worked on complex financings, negotiated investment documentation, and advised on a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters. I have worked remotely and in Texas for an AMLAW 10 firm. Before moving to Texas, I spent 3 years in the Middle East in-house and in private practice.
I grew up in Philadelphia and earned my BA from Swarthmore, I love reading fiction, playing tennis, traveling, hiking and exploring new restaurants. Ask me about my experience performing on Carnegie Hall!
I am curious and interested in learning about fintech, DeFi, ESG and impact investing. I'm also trying (but failing) to learn Portuguese.
