Currently, Joan is part of the ARC Community team, where she leads community experience, event curation, and strategic partnerships. She curates meaningful gatherings, nurtures member engagement, and plays an active role in expanding ARC’s reach through strategic engagement and partnerships. With a deep understanding of both culture and community, Joan is passionate about creating high-impact experiences that bring builders, creators, and investors together.
In parallel, she serves as the Head of Partnerships for Malaysia Blockchain Week, where she works closely with government agencies, corporates, and ecosystem partners to deliver one of Southeast Asia’s most anticipated blockchain conferences. Her efforts have been pivotal in building bridges between Web2 and Web3 stakeholders and attracting international attention to the region’s emerging tech scene.
