I believe awe is a powerful catalyst for change—the kind of wonder that connects us deeply to the world, sparks curiosity, and challenges us to reimagine what’s possible. As the Director and Co-Founder of Awe Exchange, I’ve pioneered 'Systems Feeling', an approach that uses awe as a gateway to help people and organizations navigate complexity, foster connection, and build a culture of change. My work focuses on creating an emotional literacy of impact—helping individuals and communities not just understand the need for change, but feel it. Over the past decade, I’ve founded ventures like The Spaceship, an entrepreneurship program supporting first-time founders in building impact-driven businesses, and Artisan & Fox, a social enterprise connecting rural artisans to global markets. I’ve also worked with startups through incubators like Fashion for Good, guiding them to create ethical, sustainable solutions. Alongside this, I co-founded Anewkind, a systems design and communications agency focused on helping organizations craft compelling stories that inspire action. Through these experiences, I’ve seen firsthand that real change isn’t just about strategy—it’s about creating a culture where people feel connected to the issues, empowered to act, and inspired by the possibilities. That’s why I’m dedicated to exploring how awe can drive collective action and foster new ways of thinking about social and environmental challenges.
