For me, venture building has never been a job — it’s been a 20-year adventure at the edge of technology and capital. From Google to AnD Ventures to 46C, I’ve chased one mission: building companies that actually matter. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible founders around the world, and every step has been a lesson that shaped how I build today.
At Google, I had the privilege of building the Global Startup Programs from scratch, turning it into the world’s largest corporate accelerator and working shoulder to shoulder with thousands of founders across 60+ countries. Later, I co-founded AnD Ventures, a $63M studio-based VC fund, where I still roll up my sleeves with founders to take them from idea scribbles to global scale.
Today, I’m leading 46C Group, a venture platform rewriting the rules of early-stage. We’re bringing private equity discipline into tech building — partnering with PEs, corporates, and financial institutions to spot real market needs, build AI-driven solutions around them, and launch companies that start with paying customers, not just pitch decks.
On the nonprofit side, I founded Gen1, a launchpad for Israeli founders making the leap to the U.S. We give them a six-month cross-border runway to land investors, secure customers, and plant a real flag in the market.
Across all of this, my obsession stays the same: stop guessing, start validating. Build what the market actually needs. And prove that early-stage doesn’t have to mean uncertainty — it can mean velocity, scale, and impact from day one.
