Previously, she served as a Senior Growth Manager for Google App Ads and as Director of Business and Strategy at Zhuiyi Technology, driving digital growth strategies for ads solutions across diverse global markets. Before transitioning to the tech industry, Claire was a Venture Partner at a China-based VC firm and Director of Corporate Innovation at Plug and Play Tech Center. With nine years of investment experience in both US and Chinese markets, she brings a deep understanding of market dynamics. Additionally, Claire played key roles at two fast-growing startups, leading their marketing and business development efforts. A prodigy in academia, Claire graduated from UC Berkeley with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Media Studies at age 19. Yang (Alex) is a self-motivated professional with a positive mindset and adventurous outlook on life. Guided by his philosophy—“I could tell you my adventures beginning from this morning, but it's no use going back to yesterday because I was a different person then”—Alex embraces continuous growth and change. Currently, Alex is leading IT audits at QuantumScape, an innovative company dedicated to revolutionizing energy storage through solid-state lithium-metal battery technology. His responsibilities include managing the first-year SOX 404B compliance, application integration audits such as major ERP implementations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA), operational audits, and enterprise risk management (ERM). Previously, Alex was an early-promoted Senior Associate and Manager within the Risk Assurance Solutions practice at PwC, where he gained extensive expertise in PCAOB Auditing Standard No. 5 and related SEC guidance. He managed engagements for clients across Semiconductor, Cloud Computing, and FinTech industries, focusing on SOX controls, risk assessments, and SOC 1 & 2 compliance reporting. Alex holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accountancy and Business Data Analytics from Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business, graduating in December 2016.
