With over 25 years of experience in financial services, non profits and fintechs, I am a Co-Founding Partner at Halftone Investment Partners, investing in innovative energy transition startups at the cusp of commercialization. We are launching our Fund in late 2024.
I am also a business development and strategy consultant, supporting start-ups and established firms in scaling their operations, expanding their markets, and raising capital. I have a proven track record of entrepreneurship, having co-founded and led several ventures in different sectors, such as Halftone Investment Partners, Constellar Capital, and Hands on London. I am passionate about creating positive social and environmental impact through my work, and I invest in and advise companies that align with my values and vision, such as Brightseed, Syndio, Ellevest, Paladin, and Andeana. I served on the board of directors of several organizations, such as Latinas in Construction, Hands on London, and am a member of Cap Table Coalition, where I promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in various industries and communities.
