In 2015, I co-founded Sourcepoint, the practical privacy platform trusted by the world's most influential brands. Supporting over 30 billion consumer touchpoints per month, Sourcepoint offers enterprise-grade privacy automation for complex, dynamic compliance challenges.
Previously. as Chief Operating Officer of LiveRail, I was responsible for global company operations, and in addition to working with the executive team to define and execute our go-to-market strategy, provided executive-level leadership of the Technical Services, Human Resources/Recruiting and Account Management teams.
Prior to LiveRail, as COO of Admeld, I was responsible for company operations including Global Client Services and the Human Resources functions. Joining in 2009, I helped to grow the company from 18 employees in New York, to 100+ employees across the globe. Along the way, as part of the Executive team, I also focused greatly on ensuring the development of a customer centric and employee focused culture, both of which were key drivers leading to the acquisition of the company by Google.
Previously, in my roles at DoubleClick (which I joined in 1999), and at Google, where I worked through 2008, I lead significant portions of the display advertising services operations.
