Tanara Landor is a Global Principal Program Manager at Twilio, where she leads the strategy and management of nine global Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Strategic Community Partnerships. In this role, she provides essential resources, consulting, and career development opportunities that enhance inclusion, engagement, and a strong sense of belonging in the workplace. With a passion for building community, Tanara drives programs that strengthen workplace culture and empower employees to connect, grow, and thrive. She is dedicated to creating a collaborative and equitable environment where diversity is celebrated, and every voice is valued. Beyond the workplace, Tanara extends her impact by developing strategic partnerships with external organizations, ensuring employees have opportunities to be seen, heard, and supported. Through her leadership, she champions a culture of innovation, education, and belonging—both within Twilio and in the broader community.
