I'm a product leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and empathy. I started my product journey working on trust and collaboration at Ancestry, where I led initiatives to make family history and DNA tools more social and connected through shared discoveries. I launched features that reached millions of users and deepened my belief in building products that foster meaningful human connection. As I grew into product leadership, I was promoted to lead cross-functional teams and define product strategy for Ancestry’s social and collaboration experiences. I helped shape the roadmap, aligning design, engineering, and analytics to deliver features that improved retention and scaled user value. At Alife Health, I moved into the 0→1 space, leading the development and launch of a new D2C & B2B2C patient experiences validated through partnerships with leading fertility networks. I collaborated across data science, clinical, and commercial teams to build differentiated tools that help people navigate complex fertility decisions, while also driving go-to-market planning, SEO growth, and monetization strategy as part of a mission-driven team. Across every role, I’ve built products at the intersection of healthcare, data, and consumer needs. I love turning ambiguous problems into focused, user-centered solutions. Whether I’m partnering with clinicians, engineers, marketers, or designers, I lead with curiosity, clarity, and a deep care for the people we’re building for.

She is currently a Lecturer in Management at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, a Board Director for the National Venture Capital Association, and a member of Kauffman Fellows, Aspen Finance Fellows, and The Council on Foreign Relations.
