Rachel is a brand and business development leader, now consulting with very select creative, collaborative and mission-led clients. She has spent the majority of her 25+ year career in strategy and client service capacities for top tier agencies including Publicis Rosetta, Ogilvy and Digitas. She has also worked client-side leading customer experience and brand focused on integrating the voice of the customer into product, brand, culture, communications, and customer service. Rachel is known for developing straight-forward solutions to complex problems that drive impact. She has delivered holistic programs for clients including American Express, BGI, Charter, DirecTV, Eli Lilly, IBM, Intel, Jaguar Cars, Microsoft, The Weather Channel, Wells Fargo. and VMWare. On behalf of these clients, she has been presented two Echo awards, an OMMA, two Addys, two IAC awards and a Cannes Cyberlion. She is very proud to have pioneered Ogilvy’s long standing partnership and program with PS123 through PENCIL. Prior to her marketing career, Rachel worked as a counselor in a group home and classroom for SED youth.
