I’m interested in remote positions but I’m open to relocation too. I’m interested in both senior positions and lead positions, I have experience in both. Work atmosphere is very important to me, I prefer to create then to spend my days filing papers.
I always believed that developing software is some kind of magic, when you learn long enough - nobody will understand you and they will think you do magic.
I love to solve problems, I do automate all the things, when someone says something can’t be automated - they are wrong, everything can be automated, you need to answer the question: Do we have enough money, time, knowledge and people to solve the problem.
I easily move between low and high level concepts, I pay attention to details, I like to write a good test.
I have learned many programing languages (Basic, Pascal, Asemblers, C/C++, Delphi, C#, Ant, Java and others) but usually I stick to Ruby.
I love to work on open source software and to help people, I spent my days supporting different organizations like Rails Girls, local IT meetings, or building speakers clubs.
