He has taken a keen interest in showcasing digital fashion on avatars (both brand ambassadors as avatars and consumer avatars). He is an advisor in AIXR for the Retail Industry focus and also on the advisory board of Metaverse Standards Forum. Keenly looking at the digital fashion world from the lens of AR (body tracking), metaverse (persistent embodiments on avatars) and 3d commerce as well as playable commerce (showcasing fashion in gaming platforms). Aditya is also on the Advisory Board of the Metaverse Fashion Council Aditya believes fun styling with D2A (Direct-to-Avatar) will replace scrolling to shop & his vision of digital fashion rests on the convergence of 3D fashion and digital humans immersed across spatial realities. D2A enables 3D digital pioneers and virtual influencers in fashion to achieve sustainable goals across the both the production value chain as well as consumer engagement paradigms. Nicola “Nick” Rosa is an award-winning digital transformation, innovation, and creative technology professional with more than 20 years of experience who previously worked for Google, Spotify, IBM IX, Yahoo!, and Atari; and is now part of Accenture Strategy & Consulting in their Innovation team, where he is the Industry Technology Innovation Director for Europe. Nick is also a Director at AIXR, a networking, learning, and recruiting platform for professionals in AI and Immersive Technology also producing the annual XR Awards. He co-hosts and co-authors the two podcast series: “Field of View” a podcast focused on the immersive technologies industry and its applications for consumers and enterprise, and "AI Shift" a podcast is focused on AI and its impact on business, society, culture, and art. Both podcasts are available on all major platforms, including YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Music. Nick has also spoken at international events such as AWE, Meta Connect, Fyuz, Frontier Summit, and CogX. His first book “Understanding the Metaverse: A Business and Ethical Guide”, was published by Wiley worldwide on October 27, 2022 and available on printed press, kindle, and audiobook versions.

With over a decade of experience in creating and consulting on immersive and interactive experiences, Michaela is a visionary and influential leader at the intersection of storytelling and emerging technology. As a Peabody-nominated and Emmy award-winning director who specializes in creating impactful stories using immersive and interactive technology, she is one of the first directors to create and premiere a short film utilizing Open AI’s SORA platform, which screened at Tribeca Festival. Her prolific work in virtual reality animation has ben recognized as Best Directing in XR by The Collision Awards, VR Film of Year Finalist by the International VR Awards, and Grand Prize Winner at The Philippine Animation Festival. As a nominee for the Producers Guild of America’s Innovation Award, she is also a consultant, speaker, and thought leader, who has been recognized as one of the 100 Original Voices of XR and listed as one of Blooloop’s 50 Immersive Influencers. Michaela’s past work has been curated by top institutions and festivals, such as the New York Public Library, Museum of the Moving Image, Venice International Film Festival, SXSW, and Tribeca Festival. Her projects have also been featured in renowned press outlets, such as TIME, Forbes, The Guardian, Variety, and Hollywood Reporter. She is lauded as an eloquent and moving speaker and has spoken at numerous international conferences, public institutions, and podcasts. Michaela was integral in publishing one of the first LGBTQIA+ virtual reality experiences to the Meta Quest store and co-authored a white paper highlighting virtual reality as a tool for learning, impact, and engagement.
