Over the last 11 years I have been working in several tech multinational companies constantly challenging myself and my career and always trying different roles, in the tech and product industry, till I found my passion for Team Empowerment, Team Organisation, Goal Setting, Facilitation, Training, etc. Thanks to all the learnings and my enthusiasm for new technologies I switch my career for the last this year to move naturally from Agile coaching roles to Engineering management.
