I've built a diverse professional background in the last 10+ years, reflecting my various interests and professions. My most recent work was with Frequency Mind, where I led Business Operations as we scaled and transitioned from an in-person studio to a virtual company in 2020. Prior to joining Frequency, I led Office and People Operations at Fluidity (creators of AirSwap), a financial technology company that was acquired by ConsenSys. Before Fluidity I was the EA to the CEO of Artsy, an art technology company, for nearly 3 years. This was when my passion for start up operations took off. In addition to my operational role, I led our corporate wellness program. I received my 500 hour Yoga Alliance certification from Pure Yoga in NYC in 2012, and have since taught corporate yoga for Kind Bars, AOL, Facebook, Soho House, Airswap and Hudson Wellness. I also founded The Yoga Life NYC in 2013, offering yoga retreats and private classes worldwide. I still teach yoga on my spare time. My career started as a Per Diem School Registered Nurse before becoming a Staff Nurse at AHRC, an organization serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in New York City. I have an active Nursing License in New York and in California.

With 5+ years in financial services, I’ve built a well-rounded foundation across retail banking, investment management, and client service. My journey began at Ridgewood Savings Bank as a Teller, where I learned the importance of financial wellness and building trust with clients. At JPMorgan Chase, I raised operational standards and elevated the client experience, deepening my appreciation for proactive problem-solving and teamwork. I hold Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses and am three credits shy of the 150 credits required for the CPA.
