I coach tech founders, executives, and investors. Clients I work with either believe or want to believe the following: 1. I’ve coached founders from seed (YC) to Series B, collectively raising over $100m. I’ve supported them through co-founder breakups, pivots, layoffs, crises and PR scandals. I’ve helped them see and outgrow their blind spots, and build teams, cultures, and operating systems that help them thrive. I challenge my clients to grow, while supporting them through the hard times. Previous experience as a leader in scaling technology, startups, and strategy. Strategy consulting background, with executive leadership, operations, product management, and entrepreneurial experience, and technical software development skills.
