I am a versatile Globally Certified Human resource professional with 8 years hands-on cross-sectoral experiences and core competencies that cut across Talent Acquisition, Performance Workforce Planning and Strategy, Workforce analysis, Employee experience, Employer Branding and other related HR functions. I currently lead the HR team at Africhange, a global fintech enhancing seamless transactions and remittances across the globe. Before then, I was the Head of Talent Management, Big Cabal Media (BCM) where I led over 200 talents across Sub-Saharan Africa and the United Kingdom. I initiated and executed people-centric policies while driving employee engagements, Learning and Development programs and other employee initiatives that enhance our employee retention and experiences for our employees Before BCM, I led a team of sterling talents at Cowrywise, one of the burgeoning Fin-techs in Africa where we provide scalable financial solutions that empower over 600,000 Africans in building sustainable financial habits. My role encompassed spearheading the end-to-end HR value chain, ensuring every talent experienced the pinnacle of an exceptional employee journey. I built sustainable systems, structures and processes while implementing forward-thing strategies that enhanced employee engagement and productivity. At General Electric, I provided HR support and shared services to different HR Business Partners , ensuring different HR KPIs are being met. I planned and executed different engaging employee experiences for employees in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa, winning impact awards for my ingenuity and sterling performances. I have facilitated people-centric and soft-skills' trainings for corporate organisations in different sectors in Nigeria, as well as Anglophone and Francophone Africa. Beyond HR and capacity building, I merged my passion for SDG 5 with my interest in sports, and I currently guest-write for Impetus football, a globally recognised football platform in the United Kingdom, and Australia where I cover UWCL, WSL, and FIFA Tournaments across clubs and countries while spotlighting African women.
