With over 20 years of experience, I have delivered effective and award winning creative campaigns. As a conceptual thinker and storyteller with a deep knowledge of all phases of the creative process, I have lead a broad spectrum of projects, including promotional and branded content, live sports and theater events, graphic rebrands and design and key art campaigns. My work drives consumer engagement across traditional and emerging platforms.

Matt is the co-chief executive officer of Studio71, LP, a global leader in digital video creation, distribution, and monetization. With over 23 years of experience in the media industry, Matt has a proven track record of delivering advertising solutions to clients and agency leads across TV, digital video, and mobile platforms.
As the co-CEO, Matt oversees the global media revenue management, sales, strategy, operations, and investment of Studio71, which generates over 15 billion monthly views and reaches over 160 million unique video viewers across North America. He leads a diverse and talented team of media professionals in US, Canada, and UK, who work with top creators, brands, and platforms to produce and distribute engaging and relevant video content. Matt's vision and expertise have helped Studio71 grow into one of the fastest and most innovative digital video networks in the world. 
I lead organizations through growth, change, and reinvention, helping them build the capabilities, teams, and platforms they need to compete and lead. I’ve led complex transformations, launched new products and platforms, navigated disruption, and built award-winning teams across three continents.
My experience spans manufacturing, media and entertainment, professional services, and technology. I’ve held senior executive roles across product, engineering, IT, operations, and marketing.
At AWS, I lead a team of former board members and C-suite executives. We advise the boards and executive teams of some of the world’s largest companies on business transformation through cloud, AI, and data. We also help shape AWS’s enterprise strategy by staying closely connected to what matters most to our customers.
As Global CTO at A+E Networks, I led the company through significant disruption, driving global expansion, launching new revenue streams, improving operational efficiency, and modernizing both technology and ways of working. I was responsible for the full technology landscape, including product, cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms. Earlier in my career, I held senior leadership roles at NBCUniversal and GE, leading large-scale global initiatives across complex, multi-functional environments.
I thrive in complexity, especially in times of change, ambiguity, or the need for a fresh start. I bring a mix of strategic vision, operational discipline, and people-centered leadership. Whether building new capabilities or leading enterprise-wide efforts, I focus on clarity, momentum, and delivering results that last.
Outside of work, I stay curious through road trips with my family, conversations with fellow leaders, and moments that spark new ideas. 
I'm a marketer, media executive and content creator.
My career started at the intersection of brand building and content creation while working at Reebok and has extended throughout my roles in TV, print and digital. I've been fortunate enough to work on brands and at companies where my right brain/ left brain skillset of creativity and strategic thinking could be leveraged to create brand solutions, lead innovation and, ultimately, drive business growth.
I love a start-up mindset that forces people to collaborate, roll-up their sleeves and work as a team. I was the first employee at LiquidThread and helped grow SMG's content practice from 2 people in 2004 to a global network. Our work has won Gold & Silver Media Lions, Effies, awards at the International Festival of Media and other industry competitions.
I'm passionate about pushing the industry in this time of change and have frequently spoken on panels and keynotes for Cannes Media Festival, STREAM, American Magazine Media Conference, AAAA conference and at Ad Week.
