I am a bilingual, award-winning storyteller and journalist with a PhD in Comparative Literature and over 15 years of experience shaping content strategy, AI narratives, and digital experiences for Fortune 500 companies like Google, Meta, TikTok, and Nationwide.
My expertise lies at the intersection of technology, language, and ethics. I specialize in UX writing, AI content strategy, chatbots, virtual reality, fintech, and taxonomy, ensuring that digital interactions are seamless, responsible, and meaningful.
I have also worked in evaluating and refining conversational AI, critically assessing its ability to generate narratives, manage complex interactions, and mitigate risks related to bias, misinformation, and unintended AI behaviors.
