A software developer that at some point became an Engineering manager. Still trying to figure out how that happened. Interested in building teams and understanding how humans interact with technology. Background in the Financial and Insurance Sector both as developer and Architect, and later as a Team Lead for a Sales Engineering Team. Currently Leading the Frontend Practice in our CX Platform Solutions business unit. An enormously talented team of 80+ Frontend Engineers in Germany, Portugal, Serbia and Switzerland. Building digital services, e-commerce, CRM, or marketing solutions for international brands. Passionate about sports and anything that puts me close to the ocean.
