Worked on all major job boards (e.g., DICE, MONSTER, Corp-Corp, In-Deed etc.) to assist the company in recruiting candidates.
Responsible for Job postings on the Internet and updating the jobs as needed. Searching internal data bank and the Internet to find the best candidates for all open job requirements.
Good hands on working experiences with H1-B, EAD, Green card, US Citizen candidates.
Expert in H1-B Sales.
Updating contact information for candidates and employees regularly in Word/ Excel sheet and keeping close contact with them.
Coordinating with the consultant In order to know their comfortableness with the requirement before submitting to the Vendor.
Posting the resume on all job portals like Dice, Monster, etc.
Submitting the consultants to all the suitable job postings on all portals.
Broadcasting the Profile of the consultant and the Hot-List of the company on a periodical basis.
Reaching out for the maximum number of open requirements in the market.
