Throughout a career in the event industry that exceeds two decades, I have managed large trade show programs for Fortune 500 medical device and pharmaceutical companies as well as for technology leaders.To accomplish this, I have successfully led internal teams of 16-20 people to earn the trust and loyalty of our clients. I have been called "focused," and I understand the need to keep my clients' goals and objectives as the drivers of strategy. I have worked around the world, not only in EMEA and the Americas but also in the APAC region where marketers are coming to a new appreciation of medical congresses for sparking global interest in new therapies. And while I have traveled across continents and cultures, I have consistently maintained my clients' brand integrity. My BA is from San Francisco State University and I am a native to NorCal.

Prior to Messe Frankfurt, Ryan honed his expertise at Corinium Global Intelligence, a leader specializing in B2B executive conferences for AI, data analytics, and digital transformation. At Corinium, he managed premium sponsorship sales, delivering tailored solutions for clients in highly competitive markets. Earlier in his career, Ryan founded Token Fest, North America’s first enterprise blockchain conference. The event attracted over 4,000 attendees, 185 exhibitors, and generated $2.3 million in revenue across multiple events in San Francisco and Boston, showcasing his talent for creating, managing and scaling tradeshows that incorporate executive conference programs.
