My journey includes leading AI-driven projects as a Product Management Intern at Beyond Innovation, founding and enhancing user experiences as a Frontend Lead Developer at Finolity.

An MBA in HR from XIM Bhubaneswar, I bring over 10 years of rich experience in HR transformation, and DEI strategy. My work lies at the intersection of compliance, culture, and compassion.
I enable inclusive, equitable, and safe workplaces by partnering with organizations to embed practices that outlast any checklist. Whether it’s rewriting policies, crafting a roadmap, or launching a community-driven program - I believe in sustainable, people-first impact.
My approach is immersive: I come in, understand the business, co-create with the teams, and drive culture transformation at scale. I’m not an outsider ticking boxes — I embed myself into the ecosystem and deliver change from within.

As a mother of a toddler, I bring not just my expertise but my lived experience to the table. Long before I became a parent, I worked with many, designing policies, building support systems, and shaping inclusive return-to-work journeys, and I now navigate the same journeys.
I also actively contribute to causes I care deeply about, including women in leadership, parenting equity, and LGBTQ+ allyship. Since Apr’24, I have been volunteering as a Community Manager at Lean In Mumbai Network.
Along the way, I’ve been humbled to receive recognitions including:

▶️Entrepreneur of the Year 2021 by Global Youth Mental Health Awareness Inc.
▶️Multiple internal recognitions at Glenmark and Vedanta
These are awards I’ve personally been bestowed with - and beyond this I am proud that many of the organizations I’ve worked with have also been celebrated for the DEI and HR work we’ve built together.
