As a global business and legal leader, I bring over 14 years of in-house experience at technology and consumer goods startups. Currently, I oversee legal strategy and operations at Bonterra, one of the largest social good SaaS companies. Bonterra serves over 15,000 nonprofit clients and half of the Fortune 100 and is committed to increasing the giving rate to 3% of US GDP by 2033. Throughout my career, I have guided high-growth companies through critical transitions – from scaling venture-backed startups globally to leading post-merger integrations of PE-backed SaaS enterprises and executing successful corporate acquisitions and company exits in the CPG space. I am an experienced team manager and trusted business advisor, mentoring high-performing legal and HR teams and partnering with executive teams, Boards, and investors to advance organizational change and navigate complex regulatory and employment matters across international markets. Before Bonterra, I steered TULA Skincare through its successful acquisition by Procter & Gamble, managing the end-to-end M&A process while shepherding the company’s expansion into five global markets across the EU, APAC, and North America. Earlier at Birchbox, I led our team as we scaled legal operations and risk management in seven countries during a period of rapid growth. I began my legal career in the M&A and Corporate Finance practice groups at Skadden after earning my J.D. from Columbia Law School, where I currently serve on the Law School Association’s Board of Directors. I am a regular guest lecturer in M&A and deals courses at the University of Virginia School of Law, the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and Columbia Law School.
